Job description:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Amarah Hotel in Butuan. This role ensures excellent guest experiences, efficient hotel services, and seamless coordination between all departments. As the on-site resident manager you will play a vital role in consistently attaining operational excellence in service and fulfilling company's vision and mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as hotelogix is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall hotel operations including front office, housekeeping and administration.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies aligned with the brand.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee financial performance: budgeting, cost control, and revenue monitoring.
  • Maintain property standards, safety procedures, and cleanliness protocols.
