Job Title: Processing Plant Assistant / Dressing Plant Stock Assistant (Poultry Dressing Plant)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Processing Plant Assistant / Dressing Plant Stock Assistant in a Poultry Dressing Plant. The role involves supporting plant operations and ensuring proper handling and management of stocks, materials, and supplies to maintain smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the poultry dressing plant.
  • Monitor, record, and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with production teams to provide accurate and timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain documentation and inventory reports for supervisor's review.
  • Support operational efficiency by assisting in other plant-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in stock handling, warehousing, or plant/production operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in different areas of the dressing plant, as required.
