What You'll Be Doing:

• Visit assigned areas to collect payments and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily collection report.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our agents and team while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Safeguard collected funds and deposit them according to procedures.
• Coordinate with your supervisor for account updates and operational concerns.
• Work independently while representing the company professionally in the field, rain or shine.

What We're Looking For:

• College level or degree in any field.
• Experience in field collection, sales, or a related role is a plus.
• Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling cash responsibly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Owns a motorcycle and holds a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to outdoor conditions.
