ComRel Manager

Looking for a professional, mature & collaborative ComRel Manager to lead social performance, stakeholder engagement, & community dev't programs. This role ensures positive relationships with host communities, Indigenous Peoples, LGUs, and other stakeholders to support our social license to operate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years in community relations, social development, or stakeholder engagement (mining or related industries preferred).
• Knowledge of Philippine mining laws, IPRA, SDMP, and CSR.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Willingness to work at remote mine sites and travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage community programs including SDMP, IEC campaigns, and CSR projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with LGUs, community leaders, IPs, NGOs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DENR-MGB and related regulations.
• Resolve community issues through engagement and dialogue.
• Supervise ComRel staff and ensure proper project documentation.
• Coordinate internally to align company and community goals.
• Prepare reports for management and regulators.
