Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive / Facilitator to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ecommerce activities—from managing product listings and inventory to coordinating logistics and driving customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate across marketing, sales, IT, and logistics to help grow and optimize our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

*handle all orders and messages from all ecomm sites (shopee, lazada & tiktok shop

*source and reach out to tiktok live streamers

*beautify all our ecomm shopfront (shopee, lazada, tt shop)

*ensure all clients order in ecomm shop is fulfilled and reviews are good

*need to have good CS incase of any bad feedbacks she needs to crisis manage
