Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, and retaining customers. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, utilizing analytical skills to understand and address customer needs, and developing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
