About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in the dynamic world of US recruitment.

You will support sourcing and screening efforts for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements—primarily within the financial services sector—and work closely with senior recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines for our US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and screen candidates for various job orders.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email.
  • Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Maintain and nurture candidate relationships.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Promote company culture and job opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably US market).
  • Recruitment experience (agency or corporate) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment databases.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
