  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Accountancy or any related courses.

  • With one (1) year working experience in the field of Accounting.

  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintains financial security by observing and implementing internal controls.

  • Prepares ordinary and special report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.

  • Examine and checking of voucher and accounting entries in MYOB.

  • Checking of Marketing Programs and budget allowed before releasing.

  • Checking of Expense Report and Petty Cash transactions.

  • Assistance in the preparation of financial statements.

  • Assistance in the Internal Audit procedures.

  • Assistance in the External Audit process with External Auditor.

  • Assistance in the regular tax compliance and other related concerns.

  • Daily cash monitoring.

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Alphalist for employees (2316 & AC)

  • Monitoring of 2307 for Income Tax purposes.

  • Other related task for tax reportorial.

  • Other jobs and responsibilities applicable for the specified position.
