We're hiring a Junior Accounting Associate

Join us in managing the day-to-day books and reporting. You'll ensure accurate records, reconciliations, and documentation while working closely with our Senior Accountant/Finance Lead.

What You'll Do

  • Record daily sales, receipts, disbursements, journals, and maintain ledgers (GL/AR/AP).
  • Manage AR (invoices, collections, AR Aging) and AP (3-way matching, payment runs).
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank, e-wallets, and credit cards.
  • Maintain petty cash, reimbursements, and compliant documentation.
  • Support inventory, fixed assets, payroll, and compliance prep.
  • Assist in month-end close, reporting, and audit preparations.


What We're Looking For

  • Licensed CPA (PRC)
  • 5+ years full-cycle bookkeeping experience
  • Strong command of PH bookkeeping practices (VAT/EWT/FWT knowledge a plus)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets + experience with Xero/QuickBooks/Netsuite/SAP B1 (or similar)
  • Honest, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • 100% daily posting with clean reconciliations
  • Tidy AR/AP aging with clear owner actions
  • On-time month-end deliverables (WD+3 to WD+5)
  • Compliance calendar running with draft tax schedules prepped early


Work Setup & Hours

Ortigas, Pasig — Full-Time Onsite

Standard PH business hours (flexibility during close/audit weeks)
