Our company seeks a Junior Account Specialist to support our account managers in managing client relationships and executing business strategies.

About the Role
  • Support the account manager in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams.
  • Help coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies for both clients and the company.
  • Support in managing clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels.
  • Track progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to the account manager.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of business strategy, marketing, and social media management.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus.
