We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Manager to support our sales department in managing client accounts, preparing and tracking proposals, and generating accurate reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the timely creation of proposals, maintain updated client records, and support the overall sales process in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate client quotations, proposals, and invoices for IT products and services (e.g., software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting).
  • Track and manage customer accounts, payment schedules, and outstanding receivables.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align invoicing with project delivery and sales agreements.
  • Monitor subscription renewals, billing cycles, and usage-based pricing models.
  • Support the quarterly revenue recognition process, ensuring precise tracking of projects, and generate regular sales and revenue reports for internal analysis.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist in resolving billing discrepancies with clients.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment follow-ups and queries.

  • Assist with the sales pipeline.

  • Training Process:

    Fresh graduates are preferred.

2. What we expect upon the probationary period:

Proposal & Documentation Skills:

Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential. The candidate should be capable of creating client-facing proposals that are clear, compliant, and aligned with product/service offerings.

Client Interaction:

The Junior Accounts Manager is expected to communicate directly with clients for clarifications on projects, billing, proposals, or documentation.

We are looking for professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness.

Understanding Basic IT Knowledge (preferred, but not required) |

Familiarity with basic IT Knowledge. High-level understanding of Network, Security, and IT related Professional Services.

Team Collaboration:

This role requires close coordination with the sales department, implementation team, and support team. Candidates should be good team players, comfortable in cross-functional settings, and able to manage priorities effectively.

Accuracy Under Pressure:

In an IT company with dynamic sales cycles, proposal and reporting deadlines may be tight. The candidate should maintain high accuracy even under time constraints.
