Night shift | Fixed weekends off | Mon-Fri | 8-hour shift

About the Role We are looking for a Junior Amazon & eBay Specialist to support the day-to-day management of our UK marketplace accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of Amazon UK and eBay UK who is eager to grow their skills in account audits, listings, and advertising. Experience with Etsy UK is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management

Oversee day-to-day management of eBay, Amazon ensuring smooth operations and compliance with marketplace policies. o Manage product listings, titles, keywords, descriptions, pricing, and promotions to optimize visibility and conversions. o Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback to maintain top rated seller status.

• Audit & Compliance

Conduct regular account audits to ensure listing accuracy, policy compliance, and competitive positioning. o Identify and resolve account issues, suspensions, or policy violations. o Analyze operational inefficiencies and implement improvements across platforms.

• Advertising & Growth Strategy

-Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, eBay Promoted Listings, and other marketplace advertising tools.

-Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and report on ROI.

-Research competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Data & Reporting

-Track sales performance, advertising spend, and profitability.

-Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon UK Seller Central and eBay UK Seller Hub (Etsy UK a strong plus).

• Practical experience with advertising tools (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, Etsy Ads).

• Skilled in audit processes: performance reviews, account health monitoring, and compliance checks.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) with ability to create infographics and product creatives.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced UK eCommerce environment.
