About the role

Are you an experienced Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition? We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our team at Southern Arms Corporation' in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As our Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and securing top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across a range of roles and departments
  2. Screen and shortlist applicants based on their skills, qualifications and fit for the role
  3. Conduct interviews, assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  5. Maintain a robust talent pipeline and database to support ongoing recruitment efforts
  6. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre candidates
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  4. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
