The Regional HRBP Manager leads the strategic and operational HR functions across multiple retail locations within the Mindanao region. This role ensures the effective implementation of core HR practices—ranging from recruitment to performance management—while building strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to support workforce growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations across all retail sites in the Mindanao region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to regional leaders and lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills of regional employees.
  • Manage employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and report HR performance metrics to headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in general HR management across various functions including Recruitment, ER, L&D, and Performance Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management or leadership capacity.
  • Proven HR experience within the retail industry is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
