We Are Hiring: Area Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects/sites within our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company standards, and achieving performance targets across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites/projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and mentor site leaders to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and present reports on area performance and project status to senior management.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Licensed Holder
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects or sites (preferably in construction).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
  • Willing to travel across assigned locations/sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
