Actual Pay Range is 40,000 to 80,000 Philippine Pesos/ Month.

This is a role for Area Project Manager at Prime Citi Construction Management Inc. The Area Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company projects to ensure the project/s are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves oversee the implementation tasks related to project management, quality assurance, contract management, and risk management. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and project stakeholders, requiring strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Those with past employment experience in Project Management Consultancy companies are most welcome.

Minimum 10 years Total Experience as Project Owner's Representative (Prerequisite)

Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Civil Engineering Vertical Structures (Prerequisite)

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Structural/ Architectural Quantity Surveying (Prerequisite)

Knowledge in Project QA/QC, supervision, cost estimating and computer literacy

Strong Quality Inspection and Project-Technical Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Detail-oriented, organized and honest

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Requires experience as Project Owner's Representative
