VOLUME Target:

  1. Deliver assigned outlets sales target. Monitor progress and develop plans to address variance. Forecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast Participate in the development of the forecast process/ tool.

  2. FSC Ensure the implementation and compliance of FSC standard In-charge in identifying and resolving FSC related issues and concerns In-charge on the checking and ensuring pest free store Protect brand promise of "YUMMIEST" drinks and "Happy Everyday" Implement customer recovery process SALES Work closely with the Store Manager and Marketing Officer on store sales building plans.

  3. Managing on the implementation of marketing collaterals in assigned outlets Managing on the implementation of trade pricing strategy Managing of quality of service in assigned outlets

  4. Responsible on the implementation of suggestive selling (push add-ons and upgrade)

  5. Responsible on the implementation of local store marketing Ensure sufficiency of store stock level Participate in the evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of trade sales tools, enabling equipment and recommend area for improvement. PROFIT Maintaining and increasing sales per store assigned Responsible on the operating expenses management of each store assigned Ensuring on the maximizing utilization of Food Cost and Paper Cost Responsible on the Repair and Maintenance and Utilities Management Responsible on checking of Variance and Wastages Management of each store assigned Responsible on the stock forecasting of each store assigned AUDIT In- charge on the checking and auditing the reports of his supervising and the work flow process of the assigned stores.
