Summary

The IT Officer – Asset Management will handle RRHI New Stores IT Equipment requisitions and ensure availability of IT Equipment before store opening. IT CAPEX Projects and Central IT Department IT Equipment, Enterprise Licenses renewal, JG IT charges requisitions and process endorsement of supplier invoices for payment processing to Accounts Payable Department. Coordinate with respective BU Operations Managers, BU IT Managers, SPD, Infrastructure Team for Store Opening, Renovations and Cabling requirements. Assist in Central IT Budgeting preparations and BU IT CAPEX Budget consolidation and spending status coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


• Ensure New Store Opening, Renovations and Cabling List and Standard IT Equipment requirements for the year are always updated


• Coordinate with respective BU Operations Managers on the IT Equipment requirements, delivery status, availability and any GRIV concerns


• Prepare Purchase Requisitions and request for Purchase Order creation to Procurement Department


• Request of budget availment and asset numbers to BU Budget Officers for Purchase Requisition requirement


• Check GRIV status to ensure availability of IT Equipment before store opening and attend to coordination meetings related to store openings and other IT Projects related to Asset Management


• Handle Adobe and AutoCAD Licenses renewal for RRHI and coordination with BU IT Managers


• Ensure IT CAPEX Projects, Licenses monitoring, and JG IT sub-schedules are updated and correct cost allocation with corresponding asset numbers


• Ensure shared CAPEX Invoices are recharged accurately to other BUs, coordinate with Sponsor BU – Accounts Payable for any concerns


• Assist in Central IT Budgeting preparations and consolidation of BU Specific IT CAPEX Budget


• Assist in preparation of Quarterly IT CAPEX Spending Reports


• Assist in Year-End IT accrual preparation and submission


• Other ad hoc tasks
