Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management and Procurement Officer to support the IT Department in managing end-to-end processes for IT asset lifecycle and procurement activities. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of hardware, software, and technology resources using SAP, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and operational readiness across all IT functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals) using SAP or related systems.
  • Oversee the full asset lifecycle—from acquisition, deployment, and maintenance to disposal—ensuring compliance with company and audit policies.
  • Manage the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order processing via SAP.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best value for technology purchases while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Facilities teams to forecast technology needs and align procurement with project requirements.
  • Track and analyze procurement data, spending trends, and asset utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement and asset documentation, including contracts, warranties, and licenses.
  • Generate and present reports on asset status, procurement performance, and budget utilization for management review.
