Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Infrastructure Manager, Service Delivery and Asset Management

to lead the planning, implementation, and management of service delivery and asset lifecycle processes. This role ensures optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance while delivering exceptional support services across the organization.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Service Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end ITSM (IT Service Management) or facility service operations.

  • Drive incident, problem, change, and request management best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Asset Management:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital assets (e.g., IT hardware, software licenses, equipment).
  • Maintain an accurate asset inventory using tools like CMDB or asset tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, procurement policies, and security standards.
  • Monitor asset utilization and forecast future asset needs and budgets.
  • Support audits and reporting on asset status, lifecycle, and depreciation.
  • Manage service desk teams, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance customer experience.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in service delivery or asset management roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
  • Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Snipe-IT, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
