Role Summary:

The Financial Reporting Manager ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial reports. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of financial statements, meeting regulatory requirements, and supporting management with actionable financial insights.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:

  • Ensure Financial Statement Accuracy: Deliver complete and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that reflect the true financial position of the company.
  • Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required reports to BSP, BIR, and SEC, with zero late filings or audit adjustments.
  • Enable Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide actionable financial insights and variance analyses that support senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications: What We're Looking for in a Successful Candidate:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance reporting, with deep familiarity in BSP, SEC, and BIR regulatory requirements.
  • Precision & Reliability: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time-sensitive conditions.
