KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  The IT/Asset Management Associate shall maintain the company asset of Equiprime, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly, with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain company assets
  • Maintain equipment trackers needed for financial and compliance purposes
  • Conduct regular inventory of assets
  • Maintain and update the Inventory/Asset Management System through Zoho
  • Oversee Tagging of Assets
  • Monitor and maintain the record of all Asset movements (transfer/ pullout/ addition/ disposal/ issuance and all other records relating to inventoriable and Fixed Assets)
  • Record, maintain and track inventory-related forms
  • Countercheck physical inventory versus records in the Asset Management System regularly
  • Provide asset-related reports as needed
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer, Requestor and Management on the availability of Assets needed
  • Equipment repair, equipment testing, quality assurance and parts
  • Imaging and configuration of desktops and laptops (including the installation and configuration of software products and installation and configuration of hardware peripherals)
  • Participation in the asset replenishment process (maintaining adequate inventory levels and equipment forecasting)
  • Communicate any Asset inventory-related concerns
  • Checking any company facilities and serving as a key person to request a service to concerned departments

IT SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

  1. Installing and configuring tangible and intangible IT Assets such as computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

  3. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

  4. Setting up new accounts for new users, including but not limited to:

a. Email Address

b. Zoho System

c. Google Account

  1. Troubleshooting and diagnostics of IT Assets as necessary

  2. Create and explore new technologies and systems that will provide positive contributions to the company's operations

  3. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

  4. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

  5. Schedule upgrades, maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology or any IT-related course or specialization
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Asset Management Associate
  • Must be knowledgeable in Zoho system and MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Highly trustworthy and dependable, particularly when handling sensitive materials
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, and capable of liaising with multiple levels within an organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
