Job Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and innovative Learning & Development Manager with strong experience in instructional design and learning program development. This role will play a key part in strengthening Enshored's learning ecosystem by designing, curating, and delivering modern, engaging, and measurable learning experiences for our teams.

Reporting to the People Development Director, the L&D Manager will support the creation and enhancement of capability-building programs across the organization ranging from onboarding, leadership development, core skills training, and e-learning development. This role will partner closely with stakeholders in People Development, HR, and Operations to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with strategic workforce needs and drive continuous growth for our heroes.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Program Development
  • Design and develop learning programs utilizing instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and modern learning experience design principles.
  • Create learning materials across multiple modalities (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, blended programs).
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing L&D programs to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Curate internal and external learning resources to support capability development goals.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions as needed.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture content and convert it into structured learning experiences.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the People Development Director and collaborate across HR, Operations, and business teams to assess training needs, gather insights, and prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Support coordination and communication of training programs, schedules, and L&D campaigns.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement measurement strategies to assess program effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, performance data, and business impact metrics.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to learning programs.
Learning Technology & Innovation
  • Support the use and administration of learning tools, systems, and e-learning technologies (e.g., LMS, digital content tools).
  • Stay updated with L&D and instructional design trends to recommend innovative approaches.
Project & Program Management
  • Manage learning projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
  • Ensure programs are documented, tracked, and reported in line with People Development practices.
Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education, instructional Design, or related field.

Experience 
  • 5+ years of relevant Learning and Development experience with strong emphasis on instructional design, content creation, and training program development.
  • Hands-on experience designing multi-modal learning solutions (e-learning, ILT/VILT, blended)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to gather insights and deliver L&D solutions. 
  • Experience using data and feedback to evaluate and improve learning programs.
  • Prior exposure to leadership development, soft-skills training, or onboarding programs is preferred (but not required).
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, or fast-paced growth environments is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with learning technologies and digital authoring tools (e.g. Canva, Rise, Articulate)

Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
