About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Learning & Development Administrator
for a
5-month project-based engagement
. This role provides essential administrative and data support to the Learning & Development team, ensuring efficient delivery of learning services, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong data handling skills and is comfortable working with multiple systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning administration services in accordance with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Learning & Development initiatives, including data management, reporting, and inquiry handling.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and generate reports using
    Google Workspace
    and
    Microsoft Office
    applications.
  • Respond to learning-related inquiries and requests through
    ServiceNow
    , ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Follow established work instructions and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Support the L&D and Employee Services Leadership Team in meeting training and development objectives.
  • Monitor and assess whether stakeholder and customer requirements are being met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules or shifts as required to meet operational and real-time business needs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and data privacy requirements when handling employee and HR-related information.
  • Perform other project-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in HR administration, Learning & Development, or a similar support role.
  • Strong data handling, reporting, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in
    Google Workspace
    (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and
    Microsoft Office
    applications, particularly
    Excel and PowerPoint
    .
  • Experience with
    Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    and service ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
