Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our organizational training efforts. This Senior Manager position will serve as a key member of the Capability Development team, enabling us to unlock the power of our people and drive success for our company and our clients, through modern organizational effectiveness initiatives that build knowledge, skills, and capabilities. The Senior Training Manager will report to the Head of Operations and participate in the development and delivery of Learning and OD initiatives that support Enshored and the clients/programs.

As a Senior Training Manager, you will collaborate with various departments and work closely with the training leads of each department/program to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Capability Development team.
  • Define, deliver, and manage a learning strategy that aligns with Enshored's core values, competencies, and strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with respective Capability Development training leaders to deliver and maintain high-quality learning programs.
  • Collaborate across functional leaders, and our Executive Leadership Team to align learning initiatives with our strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Leverage design thinking, learning experience design principles, and adult learning theory to design and deliver meaningful and measurable learning programs.
  • Effectively uses written and oral communication skills to express thoughts and ideas in an appropriate manner.
  • Lead change management efforts related to learning strategy implementation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new programs.
  • Establish program evaluation and measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and talent development, integrating innovative approaches as appropriate.
  • Effectively manages time and resources to ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant Learning and Development experience (depth of skill and role-related competence prioritized over tenure).

  • Proven experience setting learning strategy and designing and developing learning experiences for various audiences and formats.
  • Experience building from scratch, improving, and scaling existing programs, as well as driving continuous program and process improvements.
  • Led cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Consistently leveraged qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and process improvements.
  • Experienced in determining and using metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent/learning programs.
  • Proven experience developing effective learning approaches across modalities for a distributed workforce (in-person, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning).
  • Skills:

  • Learning strategy, program design, and facilitation.

  • Process improvement and scalability.
  • Data-driven decision-making and evaluation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
  • Multi-modal learning development (in-person, virtual, hybrid, e-learning).
  • Languages: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Other Requirements: Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
