The HR Supervisor supports and oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across recruitment, employee management, compliance, and policy implementation. While specific functions such as Employee Relations, Training, and Organizational Development are handled by assigned personnel, the HR Supervisor is responsible for monitoring progress, maintaining compliance, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. The role also includes tracking HR metrics and reporting progress against team KPIs to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor the implementation of Employee Relations, Training, and Organizational Development efforts handled by assigned HR team members.
  • Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure timely completion of hiring processes, evaluation periods, and documentation.
  • Review timekeeping data and validate HR-related payroll inputs in coordination with Accounting.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of 201 files, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures; monitor compliance across departments.
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and escalate cases as needed to the HR Lead.
  • Keep current with labor regulations to help ensure company compliance.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and enforce internal controls and do documentation standards.
  • Coordination with HR Lead to prepare and submit regular reports on HR performance using key KPI metrics, such as but not limited to:
  • Cost per hire, turnover rate and retention rate
  • Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Compliance with 201 file requirements and labor mandates
  • Analyze trends from KPI data and provide recommendations to the HR Lead for improvements and policy refinement.
  • Other related supported needed by Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or 2 years of strong generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in data-driven reporting, analysis, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably with experience in handling payroll and timekeeping.
