Work Arrangement: Full-Time, 40 hours a week, Working from Mondays to Fridays

Role Objective:

The primary objective of the Marketing and Sales Support role is to facilitate the expansion of our market presence beyond Australia by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting sales efforts within the water industry. The staff will be responsible for conducting comprehensive lead mining activities, executing effective cold-calling strategies, and utilizing various communication tools to establish connections with key decision-makers. Additionally, the role entails providing crucial support to the General Manager in managing staff and ensuring smooth operations. Overall, the objective is to contribute to the growth and success of the product by driving sales and fostering meaningful client relationships in line with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Utilize the provided information to mine leads and identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Conduct research to identify companies that can benefit from our products outside of Australia.
  • The target market includes manufacturers, government agencies, and other relevant companies.

Cold Calls

  • Initiate phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and engage in trade show interactions within the water industry.
  • Contact executives and clients to generate leads and establish connections.
  • Employ hard-selling techniques to drive sales and secure appointments.

Tools Utilization

  • Utilize various communication tools, including WhatsApp, phone,and LinkedIn, and email, for effective outreach.

Daily Meetings and Training

  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Receive comprehensive training to enhance sales and marketing skills.
  • Opportunity for in-person training sessions to further develop expertise.

Support to General Manager

  • Assist the General Manager in various aspects of marketing and sales.
  • Manage tasks and ensure smooth operation in the General Manager's absence.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client engagement preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new strategies and technologies.
  • Comfortable with regular meetings and training sessions.
