AU RTO Learner Support Officer (Onsite)
Are you ready to make a real difference to learners' journeys? PeoplePartners is looking for an AU RTO Learner Support Officer (Onsite) to support one of our amazing clients in delivering outstanding training experiences.

At PeoplePartners, we believe learners deserve the best support possible. As a Learner Support Officer, you'll be the friendly face that guides them through challenges, celebrates their wins, and ensures they stay on track.

About the Role
You'll be the key point of contact for learners—supporting them with everything from enrollment administration to ongoing academic support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for learner queries and concerns.
  • Assist with the administration of enrollments, progress, and completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner engagement and progress.
  • Support trainers and team members to ensure compliance with RTO standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive learner experience.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements About YOU
  • 2+ years of experience in learner support or administrative roles in the VET sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learner management systems.
  • Experience supporting diverse learners and working in an RTO environment.
  • Degree or qualifications in a relevant field (Community Services, Youth Work, or similar) preferred.
