Background

At PeoplePartners, we partner with clients within the Registered Training Organization (RTO) or Education sector to deliver high-quality training experiences that meet compliance requirements and support student success.

About the Role
As a Learner Support Officer, you'll be the main point of contact for learners—helping them navigate their learning journey, resolving academic and administrative issues, and ensuring smooth enrolment and progression.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing academic and administrative queries.
  • Carry out enrolment administration and progression processes.
  • Engage learners to promote active participation and retention.
  • Maintain accurate student records in RTO systems.
  • Collaborate with trainers to identify and support learners at risk.
  • Uphold ASQA and VET compliance requirements.

Requirements About YOU
  • 2+ years' experience in learner support or administration in an RTO environment.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal (fluency in English), written, and active listening.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping learners succeed.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance and administration processes.

When & Where YOU Will Work
  • Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
  • Onsite at the PH Office (Eastwood City, QC) with company-provided equipment.
