AU RTO Administrative Officer (Remote)

About the Role
  • You'll be supporting the creation, organization, and delivery of training and assessment resources that help students succeed. Your work ensures compliance, accuracy, and smooth resource delivery across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general admin tasks: data entry, scanning, formatting docs.
  • Assist in preparing and editing training & assessment resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and version control of learning materials.
  • Organize and distribute resources (digital and print).
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate resource delivery.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) daily.
  • Support RTO compliance in documentation.
Requirements About YOU
  • You love detail and keeping records clean & accurate.
  • Admin experience under your belt (education/RTO a plus).
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel).
  • Strong communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • SharePoint or LMS experience (like aXcelerate) is a nice bonus.
