About the Role
This senior-level role places you at the forefront of compliance—leading audits, overseeing regulatory reporting, and ensuring smooth operations aligned with ASQA standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal audits and manage regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee VET compliance with ASQA, AQF, AVETMISS, and USI frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance.
  • Manage compliance projects across multiple teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on RTO regulatory obligations.
  • Support trainers and staff in maintaining compliance standards.

Requirements About YOU
  • 5+ years' experience in RTO compliance or a senior regulatory role.
  • Proven track record in audit preparation and successful outcomes.
  • High proficiency with SMS (Accelerate, aXcelerate, Canvas, VETtrak).
  • Expert knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015 and related frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and risk-aware.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline (highly desirable).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) a plus.
