About the Role
You'll manage warm leads, provide course guidance, and ensure every student feels supported—combining inbound and outbound calls with a focus on quality service
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective students.
  • Manage leads effectively in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Use warm leads and a blended inbound/outbound approach to convert prospects.
  • Align learners with courses that fit their aspirations.
  • Provide excellent phone-based service that builds trust and confidence.

Requirements About YOU
  • 5+ years of sales experience (phone sales a big plus).
  • Passion for education and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated by targets and financial success.
  • Experience working in education sales is highly regarded.

  • Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
