JOB DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing of applicants.
2. To conduct pre-employment / psychological exams to applicants, checks the examination and schedule of interview.
3. Discuss and secure pre-employment requirements to new employees.
4. To prepare evaluation and employment contract of the employees.
5. Maintaining of 201 Files of employees and other HR filing system.
6. To post leave credits of employees and maintain their individual vacation /sick ledgers.
7. To prepare certificate of employment (COE) requested by employees.
8. To prepare clearance and quit claim of resigning employees.
9. To request office suppliers and other materials needed by the Personnel department.
10. Request and endorsed information of new employees to Marketing Staff for preparation of company ID.
11. To assist the employees fill up Philhealth, SSS and BIR forms.
Perform other related duties or activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
