Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customized human resources leadership across multiple facets of HR, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, etc. This role interfaces openly and effectively with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives enhance the delivery of business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and HR development.
- Collaborate with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- Create, implement, and measure employee engagement initiatives to make our organization a top place to work.
- Cultivate aligned HR processes across global offices to reflect our mission, vision, and core values.
- Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
- Support management with complex questions and administer routine tasks, including disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
- Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.
- Prepare reports and oversee regulatory submissions, including EEO-1 Reports, Department of Labor Reports, and ACA Reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reduce legal risks while ensuring compliance.
- Partner with payroll teams to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
- Manage group benefit plans and assist with plan administration.
- Investigate employee complaints and address teammate grievances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Experience with ADP preferred.
