Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical.
  • Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate compensation.
  • Training and Development: Supporting training programs and initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties.
