Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical.
- Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate compensation.
- Training and Development: Supporting training programs and initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
