  • Process and record financial transactions such as payments and disbursements to suppliers, contractors, government agencies, buyers, and employees. Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the accounting system and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Post and reconcile collections and receipts from buyers, clients, and employees, ensuring timely recording of payments and accurate matching against outstanding invoices. Address discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records of all incoming funds.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain BIR tax returns and reports, including Monthly and Quarterly Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Withholding Tax on Compensation, Value Added Tax (VAT), Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT), and other required reports. Ensure compliance with government regulations and timely submission of all statutory requirements.
  • Support financial reporting and external audits by preparing detailed supporting schedules for annual financial statements, assisting with audit requests, and coordinating with auditors. Ensure that all financial information is properly substantiated and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes by helping prepare operating expense budgets and financial projections for management and external parties. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures, and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • At least (3) three years of experience in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in PFRS and taxation, Proficient with MS Office, ACCPAC System
