This role will cover invoice processing (AP) and invoice issuance (AR). The role will contribute to the smooth financial workflow, ensuring every transaction contributes to the operational efficiency of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform 3-way matching to ensure transaction accuracy
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, cash advance, reimbursements, liquidation, and replenishments
  • Prepare BIR Form 2307
  • Record all payments in the system
  • Perform month end reconciliation for all payables
  • Prepare, validate, and send customer invoices
  • Process collections, monitor overdue accounts, and ensure withholding tax certificates are received and applied
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of processed invoices in the system
  • Monthly reconciliation of customer ledger

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related field
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in accounting or related role (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
