About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Cebu City. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Interior Design or Architecture, passionate about functional aesthetics, client engagement, and delivering tailor-fit furniture and fit-out solutions for commercial and residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work:

Develop, manage, and grow client accounts within the furniture, cabinetry, office furniture, and fit-out sectors.

Conduct client presentations, space consultations, and product demonstrations to promote design-driven solutions.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications and project timelines are met.

Prepare and negotiate project proposals, cost estimates, and contracts.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and corporate clients.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide after-sales support for ongoing and completed projects.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations relevant to furniture and interior solutions.

Core Competencies:

Strong background in Interior Design and/or Architecture (Bachelor's degree required).

Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to translate design concepts into value-driven solutions.

Proven sales and negotiation skills, preferably within the furniture, cabinetry, or fit-out industry.

High sense of aesthetics, creativity, and technical understanding of materials and design layouts.

Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design visualization tools (an advantage).

Qualifications:

Graduate of Interior Design or Architecture (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT).

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the furniture, cabinetry, or fit-out industry.

Must be Cebu-based or willing to work in Cebu City.

Can start immediately.
