We are urgently hiring a Client Solutions and Design Advisor — a key role for those who combine design mastery with client relationship excellence. This position is tailor-made for Interior Design graduates who have the creative insight to visualize spaces and the business drive to convert design concepts into reality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Interior Design (strict and non-negotiable requirement).

With strong experience in sales, design consultancy, or client servicing within the furniture, cabinetry, or fit-out industry.

Adept at interpreting design plans, space requirements, and technical layouts.

Excellent presentation and communication skills in dealing with clients, designers, and corporate accounts.

Cebu-based or willing to work in Cebu City.

Can start immediately — URGENT hiring.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating design needs into practical, elegant, and cost-effective solutions.

  2. Present furniture, cabinetry, and design-build proposals that align with each client's aesthetic and functional goals.

  3. Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure project accuracy and delivery excellence.

  4. Cultivate and expand relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers.

  5. Manage client accounts and provide professional after-sales support.

100% attainment of assigned sales goals.

Zero client complaints related to design misalignment or service delay.

Timely project handovers and documentation compliance.

Minimum 90% positive client feedback score per quarter.
