We are urgently looking for a Design and Build Sales Associate who will represent our brand in providing premium furniture, cabinetry, and fit-out solutions to residential, corporate, and commercial clients.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Interior Design, a passion for aesthetics and functionality, and the drive to close high-value design and build projects.


Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Interior Design (strict requirement).
  • With proven experience in sales, design consultancy, or project coordination in the furniture, cabinetry, or fit-out industry.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting design layouts and plans.
  • Must be based in Cebu or willing to work in Cebu City.
  • Can start immediately (URGENT HIRING).

Core Functions:
  1. Develop and maintain client relationships within the interior design, construction, and real estate sectors.
  2. Present and promote the company's design and build solutions for furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out projects.
  3. Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal presentations.
  5. Coordinate end-to-end project requirements — from client inquiry to project turnover.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve 100% of assigned sales targets per month.
  • Maintain at least 85% client satisfaction rating.
  • Deliver timely proposals and accurate project quotations.
  • Generate a minimum number of qualified client leads per week.
