We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of client accounts post-conversion and ensure the successful delivery of projects across multiple service areas — including creative campaigns, brand activations, event production, and digital services.

As a Senior AM, you'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing end-to-end project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to account growth and retention. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to long-term client partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of client engagement and account servicing after handover from Business Development, ensuring excellent communication, clarity of expectations, and satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and submission of tailored project proposals, activation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and align with internal departments — including creative, production, technical, and marketing — to guarantee on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day project tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution to ensure smooth delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Monitor budget usage, manage invoicing and collections, and ensure compliance with client payment terms and contracts.
  • Foster strong, strategic relationships with clients, identifying new needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers during final deal negotiations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and feedback, delivering exceptional service and securing client retention.
  • Deliver consistent project updates, account performance reports, and internal status reviews to relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior account executives or associates, providing guidance and support on client management best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
