Business Development Manager – ICT Division (Ultra Power)

Overview:

The Business Development Manager for the ICT Division at Ultra Power drives solutions and sales engagement across enterprise clients, leveraging our portfolio of ICT products and services. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, expanding business with existing partners, and building Ultra Power's brand as a leading industrial and ICT solutions provider in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for ICT products and services.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture new enterprise and commercial accounts in key sectors (industrial, commercial, education, government).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and resellers by providing qualified leads and collaborative support.
  • Conduct high-level solution presentations—online or in-person—showcasing Ultra Power's ICT offerings aligned with client needs and industry trends.
  • Initiate client outreach, schedule technical and business consultations, and lead the customer engagement process.
  • Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to management.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (ICT, engineering, business, or related field preferred).
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in ICT sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong business acumen and confidence in negotiating complex ICT and industrial tech deals.
  • Team-oriented, able to work cross-functionally with product, technical, and marketing units.
  • Excellent judgement, insight, and client management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple enterprise client accounts and simultaneous solutions coordination.
