Job Description Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as our Business Development Manager – Opex/Manufacturing.In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion and revenue generation efforts. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills, you will develop and execute winning growth strategies that propel our business to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships; Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively position our offerings; Prepare compelling business proposals that captivate and convert prospective clients; Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial partnerships; Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, both locally and globally; Monitor industry trends and adapt our strategies to stay ahead of the competition; Oversee the drafting and review of contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives; Provide insightful reporting on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. QualificationBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Opex/Manufacturing industry, preferably in a business development or marketing management role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to motivate both yourself and your team.
