We're hiring Healthcare Collections Representatives / AR Representatives for our Taguig and Alabang sites

If you have at least 1 year of solid Healthcare Collections or AR experience, this is your chance to join a stable and rewarding healthcare program.

Taguig – 30 Slots

Alabang – 30 Slots

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱37, % Night Differential

Start Date: ASAP

Work Setup: Onsite


Job Responsibilities

For Collections (Taguig):

  • Collect insurance premiums and contact healthcare insurance companies for outstanding balances
  • Research claim status, expected reimbursement, and other related information

For AR (Alabang):

  • Follow up on medical claims and collect payments from patients and insurance companies
  • Send invoices via phone, fax, or email
  • Research patient policy and benefits, process refunds, and prepare correspondence if needed

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of solid Healthcare Collections / AR experience (BPO setting)
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig or Alabang
  • Can start immediately
