Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily dispatch and mobilization of construction equipment and vehicles to various project sites.
  • Maintain an updated record of all deployed and standby equipment, including their location, status, and assigned operators.
  • Communicate effectively with site engineers and equipment operators to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of units.
  • Prepare and update dispatch schedules, trip tickets, equipment utilization reports, and other related documents.
  • Monitor equipment movements to avoid downtime and ensure proper distribution according to project needs.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team for scheduled servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment before dispatch.
  • Ensure all equipment dispatched are in good working condition and comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Track fuel consumption, operating hours, and mileage of dispatched equipment.
  • Support the Equipment Dispatching Manager in planning equipment allocation based on project priorities.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, or related field; vocational or college-level with equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Preferably with at least a year of experience in equipment dispatching, logistics coordination, or related work in the construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in various types of construction equipment and their functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with dispatch tracking systems or manual logbooks.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do field works
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple dispatch requests efficiently.
