About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager who will take full charge of managing, maintaining, and ensuring the operational efficiency of all company vehicles and heavy equipment. The role is responsible for the safety, discipline, and performance of all drivers and mechanics, while upholding company standards of safety, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

Scope of Work:

Oversee and ensure the preventive maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Supervise daily fleet operations, including dispatching, scheduling, and route monitoring.

Implement and monitor vehicle inspection, documentation, and registration compliance with LTO and other regulatory bodies.

Manage all aspects of fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs.

Lead and develop the drivers and mechanics team, ensuring discipline, performance, and adherence to safety protocols.

Coordinate with project sites and departments regarding vehicle and equipment deployment and availability.

Prepare and analyze fleet performance reports and recommend cost-effective operational improvements.

  1. Fleet Maintenance Management – Ensure all units are in good running condition and downtime is minimized

  2. Operations Oversight – Manage dispatching, scheduling, and efficient vehicle utilization.

  3. Driver Supervision & Safety Compliance – Enforce safety policies and monitor driving performance.

  4. Cost Control & Reporting – Monitor fuel, repair, and maintenance expenses.

  5. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure proper registration, insurance, and government compliance.

Preventive maintenance schedules met on time

Zero violation of government compliance (LTO, DOLE, LGU, etc.)

Reduction in breakdown incidents and unplanned repairs

Timely submission of fleet performance and cost reports

Improved driver efficiency and reduction of traffic violations
