Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager (Hands-On) is responsible for the efficient, safe, and accurate operation of all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring active involvement in daily operations — from organizing workflows to operating equipment, ensuring accurate stock handling, and maintaining warehouse discipline and efficiency.

This role requires close coordination with Operations, Logistics and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse processes and layouts that maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Supervise loading/unloading operations to ensure product integrity, proper documentation, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, ensuring optimal use of manpower and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment

Inventory Control

• Manage and monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and full stock reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock counts.
• Oversee the proper labeling, binning, and identification of all stock items.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports and KPIs for management review

Staff Supervision and Training

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to perform efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping protocols.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and accountability within the warehouse team.

Equipment and Safety Management

• Ensure all warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, tools) are properly maintained and operated safely.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety programs and PPE compliance.
• Conduct regular toolbox and safety meetings to reinforce safe work practices.
• Report and investigate all accidents, near misses, and incidents promptly

Systems and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system.
• Review and validate all receiving, transfer, and dispatch documents before filing.
• Support process integration with ERP modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, and Sales.
• Ensure all documentation complies with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all items are Bar Coded for easy identification.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in planning warehouse expansions, equipment upgrades, or automation initiatives.
• Contribute to cost reduction and productivity enhancement programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or hands-on leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., Dear/Cin7, SAP, or equivalent)
• Valid forklift license or willingness to operate machinery as needed
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks when necessary

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
