Job Description
We are seeking a Partner Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring strong collaboration between partners and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain insight into local ecosystem strategies, partner development, and operations to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve company productivity and efficiency while monitoring performance for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless services and support client needs.
- Provide support for partners' training initiatives and branding activities.
- Independently identify, engage, and win back partners to establish long-term high-level partnerships.
- Leverage external and internal resources to support partners in contributing pipelines, accelerating opportunities, and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner management—preferably in the cloud or IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build impactful relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of cloud and IT solutions is required.
Preferred Experience (Other Related Work)
Experience in channel or partner sales within the technology sector.
Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, and IT infrastructure.
Background in project management or strategic account management.
Demonstrated success in pipeline development, lead generation, and revenue growth initiatives.
