Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate is responsible for assisting in the growth of the company by identifying opportunities, supporting client sales activities, and handling operational and documentation requirements. The role involves coordination with clients, preparing business documents, conducting market research and processing requirements outside the office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential clients.

· Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, pricing, and business development

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.

· Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, inquiries, and ongoing transactions.

· Process external documents with government agencies or partners as needed.

· Maintain and update records, files, and reports related to business development operations.

· Assist in organizing meetings, client visits, and product/service orientations.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

· Support sales and marketing activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

· Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day business development functions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.

· 0–2 years' experience in business development, sales, operations, or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).

· Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge in preparing business documents and coordinating with clients.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

· With own motorcycle is an advantage or preferred to process documents and requirements outside the office.

· Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.

· Transportation or fieldwork allowance will be provided depending on company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php22,000.00 per month
