  • Responsible for all aspects of successfully closing partnership deals between the company and partners
  • Lead in all aspects of the partnerships, including leading technical, and product/pricing/business discussions and negotiations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned accounts and own the interface from contract execution onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue) with emphasis on:
  • o Delivering impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues
  • o Building relationships to identify requirements and managing expectations
  • o Collecting, communicating, and championing customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow business and value of accounts
  • o Ownership of forecast and revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • As the champion and owner of assigned accounts, identify and successfully communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule
  • Take a lead role in Customer Experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (business, operations, IT, governance, finance, etc.)
  • Assist with development of commercial, marketing, and business terms and materials, while staying up to date with internal technology, governance, and business teams
  • Meet revenue targets, always looking for opportunities for the company to make an impact.
  • Identify and secure new partners directly. This requires the establishment of relationships with the key decision makers and influencers in the various organizations, understanding their current and future needs, and working to find the right company products/services for them.
  • Identify opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies and be able to defend them internally
  • Represent the company in various forums including industry conferences and events
  • Represent the Business Group at internal meetings, planning and technical discussions
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations
